Government Affairs Committee
Develops legislative agenda and works on associated issues.  Pays close attention to elections and political candidates.  Coordinates legislative participation from membership and develops legislative programs, including privatization.

Highway Technical Committee
Develops legislative agenda and works on associated issues.  Pays close attention to elections and political candidates.  Coordinates legislative participation from membership and develops legislative programs, including privatization.

Education and Training Committee
Works to provide training and improve skills among construction workers and the industry.

Scholarship Committee
Selects scholarship recipients from MSU and other university units.

APWA-CECM Committee
Addresses public works issues.  Publishes Montana Public Works Standard Specifications.

Young Constructors Forum
The YCF is a new program in Montana that addresses the needs of young professionals and the construction industry.  This forum functions as a place for young professionals to network & receive support.  

MCA Trusts Committee
Is comprised of contractor members participating in the MCA Health Care and Retirement Trusts. Its purpose is to receive, evaluate, and make decisions regarding all matters associated with the MCA Health Care and Retirement Trusts, including approval of proposed changes to trust documents and appointments to trust boards of trustees.

Union Trusts Committee
Is comprised of contractor members having employment agreements with union organizations. Its purpose is to receive, evaluate, and make decisions regarding all matters associated with the various union trusts, including approval of proposed changes to trust documents and appointments to trust board of trustees.
