Purpose
The Montana Contractors’ Association has developed the Highway Excellence Awards Program to honor exceptional project teams in the area’s highway construction industry. These prestigious awards recognize MCA members for their excellence in the overall construction process on individual projects in this area.

This awards program provides a great opportunity to showcase quality work in the highway construction industry and to the general public. Every entry will be included in the attractive full-color brochure that will be produced and inserted into the Montana Contractor News and posted on the MCA Website.

Eligibility
Only MCA members are eligible to enter the awards competition. Projects must be constructed by MCA members having a direct contractual relationship with the project’s owner. The Reconstruction of Urban/City Roads and Reconstruction of Rural Roads is open to MCA Associate and Subcontractor members as well as general contractors.

NOTE: All projects must be located within the Montana 56 - County area, and be substantially completed between November 1, 2007 and November 2, 2008.

Submission Requirements
Select the projects you believe best fit the requirements. Order project submission kits by sending the attached registration form on the next panel, along with the entry fee ($100 for 1 entry or $200 for 3 entries) submitted to the MCA. Contact the Engineer/Architect who designed the project to help provide photos, renderings, etc. Complete the requirements contained in the submission kits and return to the MCA office no later than 4:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 7, 2008.
